HYDRAULICS
Standard equipment on all DT Series tractors consists of
the Spool Valve Management System (SMS) featuring an armrest-mounted
joystick that controls two electro-hydraulic proportional
valves and two additional electronic remote valves controlled
by console-mounted levers. SMS also includes an additional
electro-hydraulic control on the joystick for operation of
a third hydraulic function such as a loader grapple. Powering
these valves is a closed-center pressure & flow compensated
hydraulic system with a maximum flow of 39 gallons per minute
(150 lpm), providing exceptional power and precise control.
The standard hydraulic configuration allows full time and
flow control over 2 valves using the Dot Matrix control system.
Standard equipment also includes float and detent locks,
a power beyond circuit, and a load sensing line.
Optional equipment includes a fifth electro-hydraulic valve
and Console I from AGCO Global Technologies. Console I includes
Datatronics III, which makes it possible to fully program
up to five electro-hydraulic valves. The incorporation of
Datatronics III into the hydraulic system allows the operator
to use headland management, programming all headland functions
into the push of one button. Single button operation of headland
functions greatly increases efficiency and ease of operation,
increasing productivity. |
